 The Apple Watch is a great tool for recording workouts.

You can manually add a workout to your Apple Watch if you forget to start it.

You need to use your iPhone to add a workout to your Apple Watch.

Open the Health app on your iPhone.

Go to the Browse tab and tap on Activity.

Scroll down to the Workouts section or search for workout.

Select Add Data in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

 Fill out the information for your workout, including activity type, calorie burn, distance traveled, and start and finish times. Hit Add to save it to your workout history.
