The New Orleans Saints had three starting players leave with injuries during their game against the Minnesota Vikings.

Quarterback Derek Carr left the game in the third quarter after taking hits to his shoulder and head. He was evaluated for a concussion and did not return.

Backup quarterback Jameis Winston replaced Carr and threw for 122 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions.
